It is possible that this make a distinction between the trends that exist on a macro level, trends that affect the entire world and the interaction between different countries and trends in the micro level that more can be classified trends relating to the dwelling and its interior is to say: housing trends, lifestyle trends and interior trends. All of these are concepts that moved over time, we can look back in history to the present. Housing trends are something related to nest building and new house producing, residential environment, housing sales and existing homes that we can define as a secondary market. This has nothing to do with subletting without aiming at the existing apartments and houses that are in the housing market in the past, that is, old buildings. Lifestyle trends are covered by people’s lifestyle and there are homes and housing a large part from the context. Interior design trends are affecting the property such as dynamic interior that we choose to fill home’s bare walls to represent our identity and perhaps in some cases the origin, creating coziness, etc. The actual trends in interior design are influenced by market interior operators and vendors, journalists in the press and lifestyle magazines.
